BEST BRITISH BRED HORSE AT BADMINTON 5* - LORDSHIPS GRAFFALO RIDDEN BY ROS CANTER

The winner of our £1000 award for the breeder of the highest placed British bred horse at Badminton in 2022 is The Lordship Stud. Placed 2nd, the winning horse was Lordships Graffalo by Grafenstolz out of Cornish Queen by Rock King (photo credit - Hannah Cole Photography). His rider, Ros Canter,  says that she is proud to be riding such a talented British bred horse.
We must also congratulate Elaine Hepworth for breeding Classic Moët, the amazing 19 year old mare who was the highest placed British bred horse at Badminton in 2018.  Camilla Jenks for breeding Oratorio, and Walter Casburn for breeding Topspin.  All these horses finished in the top twenty - a wonderful achievement.
