Edward Matson is the Managing Partner at Twemlows Stud Farm. Twemlows is one of the UK’s leading Artificial Insemination and Embryo Transfer centres with an annual throughput in excess of 300 mares, using over 130 different stallions each year. Over the past 10 years, Ed has set up training courses that run from Twemlows including foaling the mare, foal and yearling management and AI technicians courses. Ed's lifetime involvement in breeding makes him invaluable as a trustee of the British Horse Foundation and we are lucky to have him. His knowledge of breeding has been and continues to be essential in the pursuit of our charitable aims.
